Recovery College

Recovery and Self-Discovery through Arts and Food

Our relationship with food can be complicated and difficult at times. This course offers a range of creative activities to enable us to learn more about healthy ways to approach food and nutrition and to build confidence and self-esteem.

Through a combination of food and arts experiences we will celebrate who we are and work together in a playful and experimental way to build a creative feast for sharing together.

Each week we will: taste something, make something and share something.

You don’t have to have any previous experience to come and benefit from this up-lifting and energising course, but please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies.
