Rachel Gadsden is a multi-award winning artist who has a BA and MA in fine art.  She was the first contemporary artist-in-residence at Hampton Court Palace (in 2008), and the first artist for Parliamentary Outreach for the 2010 General Election Commission.  She was recently awarded two major international commissions to create broad-reaching artistic exhibitions, performances and film for the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad. In 2013 Gadsden will represent UK by exhibiting a major exhibition of her artwork in Doha, as part of “Qatar – UK Year of Culture 2013".
