Jasia Lisicki is a young Brighton-based chef, with a degree in culinary arts and a passion for exploring cooking as a creative pursuit that has a role in the community.

Jasia's background from childhood has been steeped in disability arts, culture and campaigning for rights.

This has influenced a working life that has always had connections in some way with disabled children and/or adults; Jasia has had roles in various projects and organisations that promote choice and control for disabled people.

“I enjoy the fun approach the Pantry Project takes. I am excited by the open and encouraging ethos of its workshops and getting people to reimagine food in new and different ways”.
