What we do

  • We change how people see themselves and others through art and food.
  • Develop confidence, communication skills, self advocacy and leadership skills in young people and adults working with them.
  • We make it possible for people to take risks and change behaviours to improve their mental health and physical well being.
  • We run Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training - an internationally recognised two day training course, designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health in young people and provide help on a first aid basis. Click here to find out more.

In 2012 our work underwent evaluation funded by BIG Lottery through Chances4Change

Food holds so many emotional issues and huge creative potential. It seems ideal to combine art and food in the context of wellbeing and communication and expressing oneself.
